The Biz Recruitment Network provides referrals. Companies and agencies (our clients) provide Biz Recruitment with vacancies which are advertised on the Biz Recruitment website. We agree terms with our clients which provide details of a fee should we be successful in introducing you (candidate) as an employee to them or their end client. If you apply for a vacancy via this site you may be entitled to a referral fee, as detailed on each vacancy. Alternatively, if you are aware of any friends who may be suitable as candidates for Biz Recruitment’s vacancies then you can earn cash rewards as a Referrer. We believe we provide the highest amount of referral payments within the recruitment community. You register your details via the Biz Recruitment site. You can search the database and/or register for email alerts to be kept informed of the new vacancies we have. You receive an alert or see a vacancy on our website which you feel would be of interest to you or someone you know. Each vacancy on our site specifies the Candidate Referral Amount should a successful placement be made as a result of a referral. All vacancies on our website have been confirmed with the end client and terms agreed. You ("the candidate") apply for the position or you inform the person you know (“the candidate”) of the vacancy and they apply for the position and they quote your name as the referrer for the vacancy. We inform you they have done so. If you refer a Candidate to us you confirm that you have obtained the consent of the Candidate to do so. You attend an interview or we inform you if your referred candidate has an interview, and hopefully if successful is offered and accepts the position. We raise an invoice to the “client” who is your or the candidate’s new employer on the day you/they start employment. When the client pays Biz Recruitment our fee and any relevant rebate period has been fulfilled, we pay you your Candidate Referral Fee. Should you or the candidate leave your/their employment with your/their new employer within the rebate period of eight weeks, then both our fee and your Candidate Referral Reward will be adjusted, with one eighth payable for each complete worked during the first eight weeks. For example, if the Candidate Referral Reward for the vacancy specified on our website is for £2,000 and the candidate works 5 weeks, the amount payable will be adjusted to £1,250 We keep you fully informed and it is easy for you too !
Our standard payment terms are 14 days and an 8 week rebate period. Occasionally clients may wish this to be changed, in which you will be informed as soon as possible. Please note you must apply for each vacancy via the website and in the case of a referral, we must be provided with your name at the time of any candidate application for you to receive a referral fee, otherwise no referral fee is payable.
