We have a formal agreement in place for Referrals which we can send to you. Vacancy referrals are, in the main, on a split fee basis depending upon the terms agreed with the client. For Candidate referrals each vacancy advertised on our website provides a Candidate Referral fee. All payments made to you as a Referrer are subject to both parties having signed the formal agreement and in all cases includes the end user client having paid in full and with any rebate period fulfilled.
