This networking concept, in addition to advertising and internal database search gives us a powerful coverage of the highest volume of candidates. Using all possible ways of reaching candidates together with experienced staff assigned to each sector, enables delivery of quality candidates specific to your vacancy needs. You will have a designated Account Manager who will be an experienced consultant who will also ensure an understanding of your company and hiring needs. Furthermore, we understand the need for flexibility and provide a flexible rate for each client & vacancy to suit your needs. We always require working to agreed terms with a minimum fee of £1,500. You set the fee, but please remember we pay a referral fee to applicants/referers, who apply via this site. Whatever the rate you wish to pay, you will only receive CVs once we fully understand the position/type of candidate you require.
