This covers any specialist sector or position at a fixed fee which saves the client time and money. Extremely popular within the R2R sector. May 2007 expansion to a successful Business Partner programme will now to include Referrals and New Business Developers being rewarded with commissions. May 2007 Well done Rosie Lindsey, Business Partner for making an immediate impact with a contract placement. Rosie heads up our Construction division with a recruiting emphasis on senior level positions including Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers, Site Managers and Project Managers. July 2007 Following the immediate success of the company's Referrals policy, Biz Recruitment opens both client and candidate referrals to new Referrers and claims to have the highest level of referral payments within the recruitment community. By demand we now provide part retained/part contingency fee structure aimed at the SME market.
